YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Social Media & Community Management:
Drive and grow BRUNA’s social media channels and strengthen community engagement by managing daily content, calendars, and strategy that unites online and offline activations. Define and develop innovative, consistent, community-centred content across platforms to ensure BRUNA’s content is the content our community is craving for.

  • Community Building & Brand Advocacy:
Grow BRUNA’s community through online as well as offline experiences, leading events that create meaningful connections with our customers and partners to increase the customer feeling of belonging to the brand. Actively engage with followers and identify opportunities to boost community interaction, aligning with the broader organizational goals to maximize BRUNA’s community impact.

  • Content Management:
Create and oversee in-house content—from feed curation to TikTok and Instagram reels—and collaborate with teams for shoots, events, and pop-ups.

  • Trends & Insights:
We are seeking someone with a natural curiosity for the latest social media features, engagement techniques, and trends to always seek for innovative content that resonates with our audience. You will track KPIs, uncover insights, and experiment with new tools and formats to drive growth, boost engagement, and expand BRUNA’s social presence.


YOUR BACKGROUND
  • Highly driven and proactive, eager to present and execute new ideas.

  • Ownership of tasks, ensuring consistent progress.

  • Thrives on engagement and interaction, always seeking new opportunities to connect and collaborate.

  • Creative eye with a strong interest in the social media landscape, trends, and a passion for fashion.

  • Project and time management skills, capable of leading diverse marketing campaigns without losing attention to detail.

  • Reliable team player with a collaborative spirit and a commercial mindset, creating content that looks great and converts effectively.

  • English skills with attention to detail in spelling and grammar; knowledge of German is a plus.

  • 2-3+ years of relevant education in digital media, graphic design, content creation, or related fields.

  • 3+ years of work experience with lifestyle brands or agencies.

  • Proficiency in graphic design programs and other tools for content creation.

  • Experience in project management and leading marketing initiatives is a plus.
