ABOUT THE ROLE

At BRUNA, we’re all about high-quality jewelry. As our Supply Chain & Operations Lead you’ll ensure our products and processes exceed customer expectations. You’ll champion quality assurance, optimize supply chain and logistics, and embed efficiency into our culture while keeping operations smooth with internal and external stakeholders. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Warehouse, Logistics & Supplier Management: Oversee our fulfillment partner, logistics processes (including international shipping, distribution, import, and customs), and supplier relations.
• Product Availability & Forecasting: Ensure consistent product availability by managing efficient forecasting and stock control, monitor and optimize delivery performance, and oversee dispatch operations to maintain high quality and on-time delivery.
• Performance, Resource & Process Optimization: Track and optimize efficiency, quality, budgets, and key department KPIs while managing resources effectively. Identify and implement best practices to enhance processes and systems, ensuring seamless and efficient supply chain and logistics operations.
• Supplier & Compliance Management: Identify and maintain strong relationships with new suppliers and producers while ensuring compliance with local and international laws, including import/export regulations, hallmarks and materials standards within the jewelry sector.
• Product & Quality Management: Collaborate with designers to develop and implement new products while ensuring consistent adherence to quality standards across all products, leveraging expertise in quality assurance within the jewelry sector.
• Cross-Department Collaboration & Customer Experience: Work closely with marketing, sales, and other teams to optimize the customer journey, enhance the shopping experience, and implement improvements based on feedback and customer needs.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Experience: Strong track record in a strategic operations role, consistently exceeding your targets. Deep knowledge and experience in product and logistics, particularly within the jewelry industry and quality assurance.
• Process Thinking: You can connect the dots to optimize processes and create workflows that actually work, with a focus on supply chain efficiency and logistics management in the jewelry sector.
• Project Management: You have the passion and skills to drive cross-functional initiatives, ensuring smooth coordination across departments like product development, logistics, and quality control.
• Communication Skills: You communicate clearly with various stakeholders, building strong relationships and maximizing your output effectively, especially within the context of managing suppliers and producers in the jewelry industry.
• Flexibility: You can prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and targets, quickly responding to changes in the business environment, particularly in supply chain operations and logistics.
• Accuracy: You pay close attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of product and logistics management, with a strong focus on meeting the high standards of quality in the jewelry sector.
