ABOUT THE ROLE

As Team Lead for Digital Strategy & Online Growth, you lead a team in executing effective strategies to drive customer acquisition, boost retention, and strengthen our brand’s digital presence to achieve sales goals.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • P&L responsibility of the BRUNA online channel.

  • Managing the Online Marketing Team including all people management aspects as well as overseeing the improvement of efficient Online Marketing Processes.

  • Hand-on execution support in all online areas of responsibility.

  • Supervising all external parties (freelancers and agencies) involved in the online channel execution - evaluate their success and make sure we work with the best possible parties.

  • Aligns online channels with the brand and makes sure anything visible to the outside/customers is on brand.

  • Constantly innovates and keeps online channels up to the highest standards and efficiency.

YOUR BACKGROUND
  • Development and Implementation of Digital Strategies: With a results-oriented approach, you craft strategic plans encompassing end-to-end website and e-commerce management. You design and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels to increase the brand's reach and enhance its online footprint.

  • Analysis and Measurement: Leveraging data and key metrics, you evaluate the performance of digital initiatives and make real-time adjustments to optimize performance and effectiveness.

  • E-Commerce Management: You focus on continuously optimizing our e-commerce platform, delivering an exceptional shopping experience for customers while maximizing conversion opportunities.

  • Paid Media Strategy: You define paid advertising strategies that generate relevant and profitable traffic, ensuring maximum brand visibility and a positive return on advertising investment.

  • Mailing and CRM Strategy: You implement email marketing and customer relationship management (CRM) strategies that foster customer loyalty and retention, as well as the acquisition of new prospects.
